This policy explains what information Skynet Solution ("we", "us") collects through vpn.highdeenacademyuk.com, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
1. Information we collect
- Free trial requests: your name, email address and (optional) WhatsApp number.
- Order requests: if you choose to leave them, your name and WeChat ID, WhatsApp number or email.
- Website activity: when you choose a package, copy our WeChat ID or message, or click to join WhatsApp, we record which button was used, the package, the date and time, and a general device type (for example "iPhone · Safari"). We use this to follow up on purchase requests.
- Customer login: your email address and the date and time of successful logins. Your password is checked against a secure one-way hash. We never see, store or send your password in plain text.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
2. How we use your information
- To set up free trials and VPN subscriptions you request.
- To contact you about your request, payment, activation, renewal and support.
- To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
3. Email notifications
When you submit a form or take an action listed above, an automatic email is sent to our team at highdeenoriginal@gmail.com so we can respond. These emails never contain passwords or login tokens.
4. Payments
This website does not take payments and does not collect card or bank details. Payments are arranged directly with us on WeChat.
5. Cookies and storage
We use one essential session cookie to keep forms secure and to remember if you are logged in. We also use your browser's session storage so the welcome popup is shown only once per visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare), which may receive your IP address when loading them.
6. How long we keep information
We keep trial and order requests for as long as needed to provide and support your service.
State how long records are kept (for example, 12 months after your last subscription ends).
7. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us on WeChat (muntahakarim) or by email at highdeenoriginal@gmail.com.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, secure password hashing, protected server folders, spam protection and rate limits on public forms. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
